There was a recipe in the Guardian for plum jam today (Sept 5th) including Hungarian plum jam - no added sugar. If it's anything like the 'bohemian' jam I've bought from Selfridges before, I'm going to be very happy !

Hi Ponytail - thanks for leaving a comment and for the tip about the plum jam recipes in the Guardian. Not sure I could manage plum jam with no sugar, sounds a bit tart to me. My jam, sadly, had as much sugar as fruit in it - although its not overly sweet when eaten, but it is jolly tasty. All the best, Elizabeth.
