Despite the weather being totally gorgeous again - I could really get used to such lovely weather so early in the season - and despite there being masses of sellers (and buyers) again this week, I didn't really find an awful lot at the boot sale.
Four vintage children's books - the Sparky one being excellent for re-selling on Amazon, so that was good - 30p each.
A humungous number of travel size Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries - mainly shampoo, conditioner and body wash - 10p each. A teeny tube of No.7 Protect & Perfect Intense - 50p. I've been quite fancying giving this stuff a try so I was pleased to find that. Molton Brown facial wash - 50p, and an unopened travel size Nivea cream (always useful for P when he's travelling,) also 50p.
Probably the star find of the week was a little Cath Kidston zip-up oil cloth make-up bag / pencil case-type thingy. I do love anything oil cloth, anything with flowers AND polka-dots combined, and am quite fond of CK items too. I paid 30p for it.
I did find another book for re-sale on Greenmetropolis, and another vintage Moulinex Mouli Grater - which I paid one whole English pound for - only to unpack it at home and find it was broken!! B*gger, that one will be put out with the rubbish this evening. Ah well, you win some, you lose some.
I'll link this post to Apron Thrift Girl's Thrift Share and Me and My Shadow's Magpie Monday.
Good finds as ever, Elizabeth. D'you know, I often find more stuff at smaller car boot sales than the huge ones - weirdly, I find the big ones almost too big and overwhelming. This morning I didn't even walk around the whole sale as it was so big, and I'd had enough after an hour and a half. (I also have a rather huge surfeit of stock to sell, so I need to cut down on purchasing for a while and concentrate on selling!).

Elizabeth, fabulous toiletries for sure, but the CK pencil case thingy is an excellent find. Love the books too.

I love the vintage books and the little sweet bag.
I am always buying pretty bags for make-up which I don't even wear.
My attempt at bargain hunting is over at http://gigglingatitall.blogspot.com

I love the Cath Kidson bag what a bargain at 50p. Also the Nm7 serum is great, sometimes I get it when they have a giveway when I buy make up from them and it is really lovely on the skin!
