I went to the local Thursday Car Boot Sale this morning and the place was really busy - lots and lots of sellers, the most I've ever seen there on a Thursday, as well as lots of buyers. I had a really good haul for my nephew.
Three T-shirts - John Rocha, Jasper Conran and Jeep brands, 50p each.
Three pairs of shorts, again 50p each.
Three Lego bionicle sets (very popular these with my nephew at the moment) and a Lego Knight set too. These were all 75p each. I was assured they're all complete but we'll see.
My nephew and his Mummy (my sister) are coming to stay next week so I also popped into Sainsburys whilst I was down that way to get him his favourite 'baby sausages' and a few other titbits he might enjoy whilst he's here. I came home loaded like a pack horse, and most of it was for 'my boy' but he's worth it.
Dear Liz,
DN is mighty pleased with the Lego that you have bought for him and says that he will say thank you when he sees you.
Mummy is very pleased with the clothes too. Thanks, Liz - they all look really fantastic and designer too!
Thank you also for the rail ticket and the lovely card that it came in.
I did manage to get DN some bargain tickets as well - £8 going and £5.50 coming home.
Looking forward to seeing you next week.
Lots of love from
Sarah

Great finds, I always find it difficult to find used boys clothes probably as they are so tough on them. How wonderful to have a nephew, we have four children and between us five siblings and not a niece or nephew in sight. We can't wait. My boys love those lego sets too. Enjoy your visit.
