Teeny tiny little wild violets are springing up everywhere in the grass verges around here. They are so small and so pretty and, hopefully, a sign that Spring is truly on its way. They make me wish I had a pack of Parma Violet sweets in my pocket - can you still buy those?, I don't think I've seen them in years. Wishing you all a very Happy Easter.
I don't know if you can still buy the sweets, but I came across a Parma Violets scented candle last weekend, which smelt just EXACTLY like they tasted. Didn't buy it though!

I love that photo.Violet was my mother's name and one of her favourite flowers. Makes me long for Spring in England.
